PBA seeks beautiful eyes

Prevent Blindness America (PBA) has launched its Most Beautiful Eyes contest, offering children from across the United States the chance to become the face of the PBA Star Pupils program in 2012 and win a $25,000 scholarship.

Chicago-Prevent Blindness America (PBA) has launched its Most Beautiful Eyes contest, offering children from across the United States the chance to become the face of the PBA Star Pupils program in 2012 and win a $25,000 scholarship.

Through Aug. 31, parents of children aged up to 17 years can enter the children in the contest by submitting a photo to the PBA Facebook page at www.facebook.com/preventblindness. The winner will be announced at PBA’s annual awards banquet on Nov. 18.

The contest, sponsored by Marchon Eyewear, Advantica, Eagle Eyes Optics, and Real Kids Shades, is designed to support the Star Pupils program, PBA’s vision and education platform.
