The partnership will integrate Ocuco’s optical software solution, Acuitas 3, with Nextech’s Ophthalmic Platform.

Nextech and Ocuco announced the 2 companies have entered a strategic partnership to “deliver an integrated, end-to-end solution bridging the gap between clinical excellence and retail performance.”
According to the companies, the partnership will integrate Ocuco’s optical software solution, Acuitas 3, with Nextech’s Ophthalmic Platform. Together the 2 will create “a seamless experience for ophthalmology professionals and their patients,” as well as “empower ophthalmology practices with the tools they need to manage the full spectrum of care.”
Rusty Frantz, CEO at Nextech, and Leo Mac Canna, CEO of Ocuco commented on the partnership in a press release from the companies.
