Individual practitioners aren't the only ones who are beginning to see the light when it comes to adding an optical dispensary to improve a practice's economic vital signs. This is because individual practitioners are not the only ones who are experiencing the financial woes triggered by steadily declining third-party fee schedules and a fledgling economy.
