Tear film, dry eye relationship critical to visual function
Our understanding of the tear film and its relationship to dry eye syndrome has evolved considerably over the last few years. Most of what we used to assume as true and obvious has needed revision in the light of new data and a better understanding of the pathophysiology of dry eye.
