The ability to objectively evaluate retinal functional health is important to patients and is a valued test in doctors’ diagnostic armamentarium. This eBook presents a detailed case study of an 88-year-old patient presenting with blurred central vision in which combining information from the OCT and ffERG/Flicker test showed stability of structure and improvement with stability in function, leading the performing retina specialist to conclude that the patient could stop anti-VEGF treatment and continue care with careful follow-up.
