Necrotizing fasciitis often can be managed conservatively
St. Louis-Conservative management of necrotizing fasciitis of the eyelids, consisting of delayed or no surgical debridement, can be safe and effective, according to Jason Luksich, a medical student in the Department of Ophthalmology, Saint Louis University School of Medicine, St. Louis.
