Irvine, CA-Medennium Inc. is moving its offices to a new facility about a mile from its previous location.

Effective Sept. 15, the manufacturer will be located at 9 Parker, Suite 150, Irvine, CA, 92618. Telephone and fax numbers will not change.

Medennium manufactures the SmartPlug for punctum occlusion in the treatment of dry eye, Matrix Acrylic, and the silicone square-edge IOL
