Irregular corneal surface contributes to dry eye complaints
Houston-An irregular corneal surface might contribute to the irritation and visual complaints experienced by patients with dry eye, according to Cintia S. de Paiva, MD, a research fellow at the Ocular Surface Center, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston.
