Albany, OR-Alternative Health & Herbs Remedies is conducting a voluntary recall of all lots of four American Health & Herbs Ministry-brand eye rinse products following an FDA ruling that its manufacturing conditions were insufficient to produce a sterile product.

The products include Eye Rinse Concentrate formula 1036, White Willow Bark 3193, Fennel Seed 3126, and Elderberry Flower 3247 live concentrated herbal tinctures. They are packaged in 2- and 8-ounce brown glass bottles. About 300 bottles were distributed nationwide since Nov. 1, 2002.
