Frederick Howard has been named the new president and general manager, Americas, for Carl Zeiss Vision.

San Diego-Frederick Howard has been named the new president and general manager, Americas, for Carl Zeiss Vision.
Howard joins Carl Zeiss Vision from Procter & Gamble, where he was most recently senior vice president for North America.
He succeeds Barry Packham, who has moved into the newly created role of executive vice president, global operations. Packham will manage and restructure the company into a single global operations organization of various regional and global function.
