Differential diagnosis
The differential diagnosis of enlarged extraocular muscles with lid retraction, compressive optic neuropathy, and limited extraocular movement includes thyroid eye disease, inflammatory pseudotumor, neoplasm (lymphoma, metastatic disease), and sarcoidosis.
